PART-TIME STUDIO ADMIN

Our team is seeking a people-oriented, organized, and proactive Studio Administrative Contractor to provide administrative and operational support for Chil Studios. This is a primarily in-person, operations-focused contract role supporting studio bookings, customer service, lead management, scheduling, organization, and day-to-day studio operations.

We’re looking for someone interested in growing their experience in studio management, administration, project coordination, and business operations. While you’ll work in a creative studio environment, this is not a creative production or content creation role.

Scope of Services

Services may include:

  1. Managing and coordinating studio bookings

  2. Help respond to studio calls, text messages, voicemails, and customer inquiries

  3. Helping maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready studio, including light studio upkeep such as vacuuming rugs, restocking supplies, and charging studio devices

  4. Help in maintaining and updating studio inventory

  5. Help responding to and following up with prospective customers leads

  6. Help maintain booking calendars and lead pipelines

  7. Respond to customer reviews and messages

  8. Help manage and coordinate studio bookings.

  9. Researching and ordering approved studio supplies and equipment

  10. Assisting with the coordination of internal studio events

  11. Completing agreed-upon administrative and operational projects

  12. Occasionally assisting with moving studio furniture and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Previous customer service and/or administrative experience.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and problem-solve.

  • Interest in developing skills and experience in studio management, business administration, project coordination, or operations.

  • Ability to provide services in person at our Atlanta studio.

Compensation & Contract Details

Up to approximately 20–25 hours of services may be available per week based on studio needs and mutually agreed-upon availability. No minimum number of hours or assignments is guaranteed. Additional evening or weekend Studio Host assignments may be offered and coordinated separately.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity requiring services on-site at our studio in Atlanta, GA. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of the studio and have reliable transportation.

Studio Administrative Services

  • $12.50/hour, based on experience

Studio Host Services

  • $15/hour for accepted Studio Host assignments outside regular administrative hours
