About Chil Studios

Chil Studios is a dynamic creative production studio that offers high-quality space for photography, video, and creative projects. We host a range of bookings from freelance creators to commercial clients and maintain a high standard of professionalism, hospitality, and operational efficiency.

We’re looking for a Studio Administration Intern who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a working creative studio. This is a hands-on internship that will provide experience in administrative processes, client relations, calendar and booking management, and studio logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Booking Coordination: Manage and respond to studio inquiries across platforms, confirm availability, and finalize bookings.

  2. Calendar Management: Maintain accurate studio schedules, block off availability, and coordinate setup/cleanup buffers.

  3. Task & Workflow Support: Track bookings and administrative tasks using project management tools.

  4. Client Communication: Draft and review responses to inquiries and booking confirmations.

  5. Weekly Updates: Share summaries of upcoming bookings and changes with the team.

  6. Equipment & Reviews: Assist with tracking equipment add-ons and collecting renter reviews.

  7. On-Site Booking Management: Monitor and manage bookings during office hours to ensure smooth studio operations.

Internship Details

  • Location: On-site at our Atlanta studio

  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

  • Duration: 3-month internship

  • Compensation: Hourly, paid in accordance with applicable wage laws

  • Additional Opportunities: May include optional paid hours for managing bookings during evenings and weekends, based on business needs and intern availability

If offered the position, you will be offered a 5-day remote trial run. Upon successful completion of the trial run, you will be offered an internship position with a $15 per day stipend. By the end of the three-month contract, our interns are fully immersed in our creative and day-to-day processes. If successful, they begin phase two as a paid contractor.
