STUDIO ADMINISTRATION INTERNSHIP

Chil Studios – Atlanta, GA | Internship

We’re looking for an eager and self motivated Studio Admin Intern who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and willing to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a working creative studio and take initiative. This is a hands-on, in-person internship (20 hours per week) that will provide experience in administrative processes, client relations, calendar and booking management, and studio logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking Coordination: Help manage and respond to studio inquiries across platforms, confirm availability, and finalize bookings details.

  • Calendar Management: Help maintain accurate studio schedules, block off availability, and coordinate setup/cleanup buffers.

  • Task & Workflow Support: Help track bookings and administrative tasks using project management tools.

  • Equipment & Reviews: Assist with tracking equipment add-ons and collecting renter reviews.

  • On-Site Booking Management: Monitor and manage bookings during office hours to ensure smooth studio operations.

  • Studio Operations: Help keep track of studio inventory, tidiness, and help problem solve day to day studio operation needs.

  • Studio Operations Support: Track & order inventory, maintain studio tidiness, and assist with day-to-day operational problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, project management tools, or customer service is a plus

Internship Details

  • Location: On-site at our Atlanta studio

  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

  • Duration: 3-month internship

  • Compensation: Unpaid internship with a $15/day stipend after successful trial run

  • Additional Opportunity:

    • The Studio Intern will be responsible for managing studio bookings during business hours and will be compensated at a rate of $15 per hour for this work. In addition, interns may choose to work additional booking hours outside of regular office hours to earn extra income at the same hourly rate. These paid booking hours are separate from the standard unpaid internship responsibilities.

If offered the position, you will begin with a 5-day remote trial run. Upon successful completion of the trial run, you will be offered an internship position with a $15 per day stipend. By the end of the three-month contract, our interns are fully immersed in our creative and day-to-day processes. If successful, they may begin phase two as a paid contractor.
